Our kitchen is led by Chef Donika, whose passion for Mediterranean cooking is reflected in every dish we serve. Our Famous 48-Hour Sourdough Pizza
One of the things that makes KOKA unique is our 48-hour fermented sourdough pizza.
Our dough is slowly fermented for two full days to create a light texture, crisp crust and exceptional flavour. This natural fermentation process makes the dough easier to digest while producing the distinctive taste our guests love.
Each pizza is hand-stretched and topped with carefully selected ingredients, premium cheeses, homemade sauces and fresh herbs before being baked to perfection.
